Processing Time

Most of our boat lift canopy covers are made to order based on your selected size, frame type, fabric, and color. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7โ€“10 business days of purchase.

If your cover is in stock, it may ship in as little as 2โ€“3 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CT are processed the next business day.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3โ€“4 business days within the continental United States.

That means most orders arrive within 10โ€“14 business days of purchase.

Shipping Rates

We provide free shipping for all items. No minimum purchase requirements.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates are our best projection based on current production and carrier schedules. While the large majority of orders arrive within the timeframes above, carrier delays, weather, and peak-season volume can occasionally extend delivery. If your order is running behind the estimates above, contact us and we'll track it down.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible, we can usually correct the address if the order hasn't shipped.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right, whether that's a replacement, repair, or working a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Please keep the packaging and take photos of any damage; it speeds up the resolution.
